Habitat for Humanity of Montgomery County provides affordable, 0% interest home loans to families in Clarksville-Montgomery County. Thanks to the generosity of our community, donors, ReStore sales, and grant funding, we will soon break ground on our 115th home.
A lesser-known but vital funding source that helps us continue building is the Fund for Humanity. This fund is replenished as Habitat homeowners make their mortgage payments, allowing us to finance future home construction. Typically, the Fund for Humanity sponsors at least one home build per year—meaning every donation to Habitat for Humanity of Montgomery County continues to make a lasting impact.
In 2025, Taylor and her daughters will move into a home made possible by these funds. Once their home is completed, Taylor will begin contributing to the Fund for Humanity, helping sustain affordable housing for future families.
