1. willingness to partner

2. financial ability to pay mortgage

3. need for suitable housing

Our Homes

Habitat for Humanity strives to build houses that are safe, healthy, durable, and energy-efficient.   Most properties are located in Downtown Clarksville, South Clarksville, and in New Providence.

Application & Partnership

We’re always accepting applications for partnership!  Each application is reviewed by the Family Selection Committee.  If approved for partnership, families enter into a one to two year volunteer “sweat equity” phase.
