Shelby Logsdon – Executive Director
Born and raised in California, Shelby began her work with non-profit organizations when she volunteered for union organizing and political advocacy organizations while attending UC Davis. Upon graduation she moved to Washington, DC to work with non-profits and try to make the world a better place. She spent 8 years in DC where she earned her MPA from American University and worked to help non-profits develop their online fundraising and advocacy programs. Once in Tennessee, Shelby served as the executive director of CHART – the Campaign for a Healthy and Responsible Tennessee, from 2006 to 2008. CHART helped secure the passage of the Nonsmoker Protection Act in 2007, which prohibits smoking in all enclosed public places in the State of Tennessee. “I started volunteering with Habitat for their Women Build project at the beginning of 2012 and was hired in May. I am looking forward to helping this exceptional organization work towards another 20 years building homes and supporting families in Clarksville and Montgomery County.” She is also busy raising three kids and working – slowly – to update a mid-century house.
Linda Turner – Bookkeeper
Born in East Chicago, Indiana, raised in Quinton, Alabama, married at 18 to an Army Aviator; we moved to Clarksville where we raised our son. I graduated from APSU and worked at Jenkins & Wynne for many years. I’m currently pursuing a clerical education through my church. I have two beautiful grandchildren and one on the way. I have been with Habitat since November 2011 and am excited to be part of a world class ministry, which has a mission to serve the people who are near and dear to my heart.

Clarksville ReStore Staff
Kathryn Norbeck (Kat) – ReStore Manager
A native of Clarksville, she stays busy between her two beautiful children, Taggart and Estella, her position as Manager of the ReStore, and occasionally helping out at her husband’s business. Formerly a defense contractor in Washington D.C., and joining Habitat in April 2011, this is Kat’s first time working for a nonprofit. Kat says, “I’ve learned so much from Habitat and am proud to be a part of something that’s main objective is to make Clarksville a better place to live – for everyone.”
Alycia Milner – Inventory Manager
Alycia joined the ReStore family in March of 2009 as a volunteer. A year later she was brought on as a full-time employee and quickly rose to her current position as Inventory Manager. A single mother of a beautiful 3 year old little girl and originally from California, she has come to adopt Clarksville as home. Alycia manages the store inventory and works hard with our volunteers to get your donations to the sales floor as soon as possible in order to support Habitat’s efforts to eliminate poverty housing in Clarksville and Montgomery County.
Corey Goins – Inventory Coordinator
Single father to a beautiful 4 year old girl, Alayna, Corey is a native of Clarksville. He started volunteering for Habitat in July 2011 and was brought on full time shortly after that. Easy going and with a smile for everyone, Corey’s a hard worker who’ll be one of the first to ask how he can help. Corey is currently the Inventory Coordinator – you may seem him driving our ReStore truck around town picking up donations. He enjoys meeting our donors and supporters who support Habitat and help make Clarksville a better community.
Crystal Laxton – ReStore Associate
A Virginia native, Crystal moved to Clarksville 6 years ago with her three children; Kristin, Dustin, and Raven. She began volunteering for Habitat in early fall 2011 and was recently hired as a part-time ReStore Associate. Crystal worked in retail and customer service for many years and is great at customer service. An avid reader who also likes to craft in her spare time, Crystal looks forward to greeting Habitat customers and helping them find what just what they’re looking for in the ReStore.
