Habitat for Humanity Celebrates 3 New Homeowners on April 12th

Habitat for Humanity of Montgomery County Tennessee will dedicate 3 new homes to our newest hard-working and dedicated homeowners on Sunday, April 12th at 2pm. The community celebration will start at one of the newly built homes at 129 Brooks Alley, located near Commerce Street and Glenn Street. From there we will travel to 218 Oak Street and 41 Chestnut Drive.

Please come out and help us celebrate.

“We are elated to celebrate with these 3 dedications this Sunday for our newest homeowners,” stated Shelby Logsdon, executive director.  “So many local businesses and supporters helped build these homes. We particularly want to thank Richard Eskildson of Eskildson & Wickham Partners, a local home builder, with their sponsorship and dedication in building one of these homes. Our Board of Directors stepped up with family and friends to build another. The Habitat ReStore sponsored the third home. Each of the families invested over 250 hours each of sweat equity toward the building of their homes with the final hours spent working side by side with all the volunteers and supporters.”

Habitat hopes to build at least 3 homes in 2015.  We need more sponsors to make this happen! Home sponsorships are an ideal way for organizations and business to invest in the Clarksville community, develop team esprit décor while building stable housing in partnership with Habitat families.  Contact Habitat at 931-645-4222 for more information on how to become involved.
