(5/30) City of Clarksville Grant Received

We’re excited to announce that we received a City of Clarksville grant for $5,000 for the purchase of building permits for our upcoming homes. Each permit costs about $1,000.

Because the mortgage is based on the construction cost of the house (plus a % for Affiliate administrative services), the use of the grant funding will reduce a potential homeowner mortgage by about $1,000. Since a typical home mortage principle is $175, that is about 5.7 months of principle payments!

Thank you City of Clarksville!

The concept has grown continually the past 10 years and there are more than 750 stores nationwide with total sales estimated at between $350 million and $400 million annually, he says. “The number is continuing to grow,”
